Hi all
I'm new here but have been a Chesterfield resident my whole life.
I just wanted to say hi, introduce myself and also mention that I and my husband Pat Sprakes run a monthly jazz club which has been going since 2012 but still people discover us and say they didn't realise Chesterfield had a jazz club!
The music we present is very accessible and not at all way out, so why not give us a try if you fancy an evening of live music in a welcoming environment.
We are based in the Mullen Suite at the Olde House on Loundsley Green Road, and we have our very own grand piano in the room.
The venue boasts a full bar and food available all day every day.
Our next gig will be trumpeter Ray Butcher this Sunday October 13th at 1.30pm. Please note this 8s a special extra concert as our usual date is the 3rd Thursday of each month apart from December when we run in the 3rd Wednesday due to venue Christmas functions.
