Another old one - where could it be?

At first I thought it was taken outside the shop on the corner opposite ST Johns Church in Tupton.
I believe the shop was originally built by George Stevenson for his railway workers.
However there is no junior school opposite side of the road.
It was probably taken around the same time as the photo outside the Church and is my great grandparents with my grandfather and his brothers in the cart.
