All I can say after listening to the interview, is, I hope he's right. He certainley sounds confident.
Perhaps the extra money from Sport England, more courts and swimming lanes, might help with the college having dual use.
More room for all  :)

Yes, I'm also aware there maybe issues with the finance/loan  :-X
