Being "in the trade" it annoys me that when there is an incident the media will come out with phrases like "dangerous road" without waiting for results of an inquest.
Would they draw the conclusion "driver error" on the spur of the moment in a collision where a passenger was the victim?
Course not, for his / her protection.
In a similar way to blame the road is a slur on those who designed it or those who maintain it.
I remember a couple of years ago a minor collision at Chatsworth was fatal due to not wearing a seat belt. So stop looking for blame until investigations have taken place.
