I wasn't aware of that Poppy. I thought it was a new thing this year.
I knew they had done 'on street' parking for the last few years. Another excess on council tax IMHO.
I have to use Pete's 'Visitor' pass when I call to see him.
I could park at yours and walk to Pete's if I wish. Typical example of the council taking the P.
Closer you get, the more you pay for it.  Come on CBC,

This is the third year they have been issued. They are identical except for the date. Might be a better idea to use different colours each year, then the parking man would be able to spot an out of date one easier.

Except, when you leave them on display, they fade/bleach to white!

Had a letter from the "Park Smarter" people today. It was headed "Notice of Acceptance of Challenge" and went on to say that my explaination had been accepted and the penalty charge notice has been cancelled. OH does write a good letter
