First question::

"Slowly but surely the Coalition’s economic plan is working" - tweeted 25th July

I would be grateful if Julia could expand on this

The only growths I am seeing evidence of at the moment are food banks and rent arrears. Any jobs created are part time and (more worryingly) zero hours contracts.

What do you see as successful?

I feel a headache coming on think a holiday is on the cards  ::)

Seriously though I do think Julia is brave especially if she has scoured some of the political topics on here, but I also think all parties should have a rep on local forums to answer questions but maybe time is limited for them to do this.

We will see how often Julia comes on peeps.

May be a good idea if political questions are asked in the Politics category and leave this as an introduction type thread.

Just a thought. What do you say folks?

I welcome the fact there will someone to challenge on the content of election leaflets as at the time of the 2011 election (on the Chesterfield Forum) I was challenged on the content of Labour leaflets but there was nobody around to do similar with LibDem ones.

It is not only the off topic , it is the publicity that you are giving to this rubbish forum ,  I remember being in this forum two years ago and someone started to accuse me of being Pete  :-?.........
I guess he was insulting me that's why I left, hahahaha!
