I guess you don't like people cheating the system in the uk , I guess you don't like people claiming benefits in the uk and living in others country'.

Certainly not for their 'tipping' for service 
I think the British have for many years been welcomed as a favourite in other countries I would say the majority are quiet and well mannered when out, the Scottish are not always so welcome - reason for this is they have a reputation for being too loud and drunk.
