Free parking space, that hope to let out
This message advertises that I have a space available on my drive
at my home.  If anybody requires a parking space whilst in Chesterfield

I am incapacitated - I have medical exemption, I can not be expected to work again - for life.  I am not required to fill in forms/returns.
Ergo I am tax exempt - I DO however pay NI .... other deductions

I am unsure what I pay, if I do pay NI - I know that I don`t pay council tax,
but I DO have a GoldCard
I am under the court of protection, the court deals with everything
I just get a funds transfer - I do not even have a bank account
The court handles my finances.  I have a building society for my day-to-day living
