Thats just nonsense - I think sex offenders lose certain rights the minute they offend.

I'm sorry but what gives Paedo's a right to adopt? The reason they are branded with this name is because of the sexual abuse they give children, they shouldnt be allowed near them nor should they be allowed to adopt.
However: Those that were found innocent and had not done anything wrong and i mean were properly found to have done nothing should be given a chance, the thing is in this day and age we have to be careful who we let have children to adopt the kids are so vulnerable we cant let them in with a family that has a convicted sex pest/paedo in the house
Its a horrible state of affairs when the government and especially Miss I have no kids Reece are saying its all about huiman rights, they gave up those rights when they caused the offence......

I don't think statistically there's much in it. I do know that the District Of Columbia screws the figures depending on whether you treat it as a state or not and also I think there's a lot of significance in the fact that the states which mainly retain the death penalty are in the South. With their history of slavery and Black rights civil protest it would be interesting to see a correlation between the numbers of whites and those from ethnic minorities executed.
