@ Fly - just get a ticket for the buses and ride around =- you won't have an e fag either then  ;)
Well done to both of you anyway, I am sure everyone copes in different ways.
The important thing is to kick it for good isn't it

Local radio running a Stop Smoking campaign with DCC  ;)

If this was last year, we'd have signed up, and scored 50/50.  :))

Well done Dave - I bet that took some will power  :)

I just felt I had to do it and surprised myself when I managed it. Wish I could do it now with cakes and puddings....

We've both put about a stone each on since last September, thankfully we can both carry it.
We weren't, 'overweight', before.  <- Trying to be cautious there  ;)

Looking forward to a drag of my e-fag tonight. Only had 1 puff all week   :)
Then again, I might not bother, we'll see  :-\

I take you you still get the urge then Fly as you are looking forward the the drag on the e-fag?
Daughters been trying for years kick the habit she's had gum (lowest dosage) for ages. Came back from my hols to see her with a patch on. Seems she called in 'somewhere' can't remember where she said and they are helping her hence the change to a patch?
Don't understand the ins and outs of it all as never smoked.
Enjoy your e-fag anyway

Didn't touch it after all  :)

Deffo see more and more people walking around with e-fags or vapour sticks.
There must be a lot of people finally trying to quit smoking.
Wonder when VAT is going up to make up the shortfall in cigarette tax revenues.
I've always said it, everybody will pay for it.

In light of the news that we are to reclassify as medicine - will this mean efags will be withdrawn from the market until the legislation is in place?

If it does, then to lots of folks trying to pack in smoking it will be a right kick in the whatsits.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

It's a very big market if they do try to cease sales, can't see some of the larger retailers just shutting shop.

2 more week and we will hit the without a fag for a year stage. Cant wait TBH  :)
The events of the last 12 month mean we can cope without cracking on a re-occurance of an event.
Family funeral, xmas, airport delay, holiday, pub, shopping, fishing, school holidays, boredom at work,
general work and life in general etc, been there, got through it.
Neither of us have put any more weight on which is good.
I've not used the e-fag probably since my last post, 3 month ago.
Mags has the occasional drag sometimes in the evening, so what  ;D

Just thought I'd update you all  ;)

Similar to a drag on a fag, without smoke or chemicals. Carbon Monoxide etc
Our_Lass's one hasn't even got nicotine in it. It's purely as a placebo for her head. It works  ;)
