Step 2: Quit the E-Fag.

Just 3 drags last Sunday night, and 3 drags Wednesday night  ;)
Feel like cracking now, but will aim for another 2 E-Fag free days  :-X

Well done Fly keep going. Hows Margaret doing?
We have been on a bus today, don't use them often but I noticed a poster saying E-fags were not allowed to be used on the bus.

I cracked tonight LOL  :D
It's not a fag and it's not smoking.
Don't feel bad for having a drag or 2 though. 7 months without a fag.

@OC: Me and Mags had a few puffs whilst sat in the bar area on hols. No one said a word  :-X
I don't understand why they are banning usage of E-Fags in public places  ::)

Do they give off some kind of vapour or smell Fly? I only know what you have said on here as I have never smoked

Yes OC, the vapour looks like smoke, but it's actually water vapour, and It doesn't smell.

Someone remind me, wasn't it an E Cig that caused the security alert on a coach on the M6 Toll?

Yes Jon, I think it was. Stupidity and buses seem to go hand in hand.

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Yes it was JR, instead of holding it in his hand and blatantly smoking it, he bent down and had a drag of it in a holdall.
Someone saw the 'vapour' and phoned the emergency services !!! Crazy world  :-X

Shall I rephrase that Scimitar?

Or I could recommend Venos?

Don't bother,I'm just another down trodden unappreciated bus type steering wheel attendant open to all kinds of abuse, even on his days off by the likes of your good self, who doesn't even use a bus, so therefore should not comment on things that he not knoweth about.
Try spending a day with a bus driver to see what he/she has to deal with - its a challenge I'll tell you.
Feel another "cough" coming on, and Venos is not the solution.
I'll get you at playtime Pete :P

About twenty years ago I thought to myself, "This is stupid, I'm killing myself" and never bought another packet again. IMHO it's the only way to stop.

Posted this last night, just realised, it didn't post  ::)

Lasted 4 days without a drag of the e-cig, had 1 drag last night, cos I can  ;)
Can't see me using it in a few weeks time  :)

Our_Lass can carry on as she wishes, I'm not rushing her. 8 month without a fag. Respect  :-*
