Now isn't this interesting (and I mean no offence to either of you when I say this). OC and nicheuk both make the same point. It's down to what the people can afford to pay and if that puts a downer on farmers then sorry but ........ So when the government turns round and says ah well sorry we can't afford to pay for the nhs and social security systems and if that puts a downer on certain sections of society then sorry but, how come we are all up in arms about it? Or is it simply because we are on the right side of the 'I'm alright Jack' argument regarding cheap milk. (Indeed any food) so it's ok this time?
