3 cheers for the coalition...

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Now  I'm confused. If the current govt have added to the debt doesn't that mean they have spent money on the country? Isn't that a good thing?

How are they going to pay it back.
They won't. They'll blame Labour when they lose the next election.
They've added to the debt and all got richer off it !!

To be honest this is why I want nothing to do with professional politicians or the people who blindly follow them simply because they are of that party persuasion.
We have a member on here who posts regullarly on Facebook his objections to Britain's involvement in foreign wars. But he will have no qualms next year going out canvassing for an MP who voted in favour of one of those wars.
I've seen Labour cllrs including a former leader cross picket lines to get into the town hall because they would have lost attendance allowances if they hadn't.
I've seen cllrs sit in meetings and try to screw the terms and conditions of staff. They then expected some of those same staff to work for them at election time.
I've turned up to a joint trade union meeting the day after industrial action has secured an improved pay offer to be told by leaders of other unions that they are unhappy because it will cost their members.
I don't like politicians or their blind supporters!!
