The comparative sizes in the photo show the smaller one of about 100 litres rather than the proposed 180. An exaggerated pictorial representation designed to stir up yet more  anti council (anti Labour) protest

Look at the scuff marks on the side - it is exactly the same bin, just shrunk down on some computer programme. Very shoddy work. You have to wonder what they teach these young "journalists" in Photoshop classes.
