It's interesting and different from what I am used to but its good, the people are lovely if not a bit mad which i am comfortable with lol. Its weird getting up at 4:30 am and i find i get tired mid morning but it soon wears off. They might be letting me loose on the phones next week which might be fun lol.

One does what one has to do for the family Emmz.
Good to see you're getting on with the job in hand.
I start a new contract in the morning taking two deaf children to the, 'Deaf' school in Derby :-( Poor kids.
Don't really fancy the job, M1, A38 every morning, but it's another £55 a week to my benefit.

I used to work there Emma but took redundancy in 2006.  Are you enjoying it?  :)

I'm really glad you're enjoying it so far Emma.  I'm sure you'll be great on the phones.  Are they training you for first line fix?
