David Miliband to quit British politics

Just been reading about David Miliband's decision to quit British politics and head up a charity in New York.

Shame really, I always thought he was the only politician around that had any kind of charisma - his brother, although probably very competent, doesn't.

Could be an important asset when many in this country take their values from X-Factor and other reality tv programs - for instance, look at Boris Johnson, a dodgy bloke by anyones standards, yet quirky enough to appeal to the British public...
