Has anyone else been affected this week by the poor air conditions.
Even using the air conditioner in the car hasn't saved me.
Felt really clogged up yesterday and have been using my Ventolin inhaler more today to keep my airways clear.

I don't know whether my cough is due to it but I'm staying in as much as possible for the next few days - better safe than sorry...

I've been short of breath just walking around and had to use my blue inhaler more than normal.
