Huge thanks from my daughter for sponsorship

She was 36 yesterday, and chose to raise money for The Hindradenitis Suppurative Trust by doing 36 Sun Salutation yoga poses.  Hidradentitis is something Kat has suffered from since the age of 15 and she explains all about it on her fundraising page (above).  She controls it through Yoga which she also teaches, but a recent flare up debilitated her so much that she was housebound for almost 2 weeks.  It's a little known condition with only 1% of the UK population that are known sufferers.  This is her story from the Worcester News on Monday......http://www.worcesternews.co.uk/archive/2013/08/12/10603081.Why_I___m_doing_36_sun_salutes_on_my_birthday/

I've included a picture of Kat on top of the Worcestershire Beacon (she lives in  Malvern, nearby) doing a little warm up before she started her routine.  If I can get two pictures on here I will, but if not I'll do one separately.
