So, the fellow who started the petition with the words "We, the undersigned petition Chesterfield Borough Council..." is actually
on Chesterfield Borough Council? I can see why it might not have been considered the best approach, especially when you compare other names on the list of petitioners with an up-to-date list of Chesterfield Borough Councillors.
