Fun Stuff / One for the old men
« on: February 18, 2014, 05:02:19 PM »
A little old man shuffled slowly into an ice cream parlour and pulled himself slowly, painfully, up onto a stool... After catching his breath, he ordered a banana split.
The waitress asked kindly, 'Crushed nuts?'
'No,' he replied, 'Arthritis.'

You're supposed to put them on the outside of the shed...

 :))  :))
Strange that though Alsatian I tried a feeder on the side of the shed and they haven't used them, also on the side of the extension - the finches did use their feeder but the other was left un touched - sadly I lost the finches when some trees were cut down  :(

Between 1972, when it opened, and 1975 we were regulars at the Aquarius.  I look forwards to seeing your photos, Gerty :) x

I wonder if we were ever there on the same night as well then Aitch. Had some good times in there, scampi and chips in a basket - corr we thought we were so posh  :)

Shouting and gestures have always been part of football as long I can remember.
I think they need to concentrate on the real troublemakers

I reckon Miliband is right and Labour should go it alone, the quote from a source below is spot on!

Sources close to Miliband dismissed Clegg's latest overtures as insignificant. "Our view of the Lib Dems is clear. They have not acted as a brake on the Tories, but as a prop."
