Great minds then Alsatian  ;)

I thought it had finished last week when they put out the live discussion on Benefits - White Dee was on stage and a couple more resident ladies on the front seats of the audience.
Got a bit lively at times
I was wrong as it's back this Monday!

I think it's time Russia moved out of the dark ages.

That could be said for any work place Simon although maybe some work places have more expensive things to steal.
To do this in view of customers to me is just not right.

It has been suggested that sending in the Marines instead of maybe the Royal Engineers or Pioneer corpse could maybe be as their may be a need for martial law?
What do you think folks? Seems a bit drastic but never come across it myself

No I wouldn't shop lift Fly.
The shop wasn't that busy really so maybe there was only myself who witnessed it.
Tell you what though, I would have strongly objected to something like that when working.

Whilst standing in an electrical shop near the exit today I watched a someone who I presumed to be a member of staff  bodily scanned by security.
Standing with arms out whist security ran the scanner around the persons body.
The assistant didn't seem to mind and just walked out smiing after this was completed.

As for me I was astounded that this had been done.
I think it's degrading and looks as if assistants are not trusted.

Is it a common thing now does anyone know?

Yes I would agree with that JR in so much as it is unfair to certain people. It is the reason why charities and disability organisations have been up in arms about it.

Quote JR -------Rules are badly written - exactly JR which makes them unfair.

The bedroom Tax only applies to people renting who are on benefits, hence my comment about pensioners V disabled, it should be right across the board and it's not.

Good news for Scotlands bedroom tax victims.

It never has been 'fair'

What is the difference in a pensioner with two bedrooms who only uses one bedroom and the other as a store room, and a disabled person with two bedrooms who needs the second bedroom for overnight care when needed

The footage of the raiway line in Dawlish is quite frightening and the gap which has collapsed is so near to houses, but they say the line was built on sand?
I'm surprised it's lasted as long as it has if that is the case.
