Photographed on the Bowling Green
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Nice historic photo, in the days when people feared the Police and law and order was upheld. From what Iv been told the dog unit has gone, quite a few Policemen have been made redundant more drive for the powerless Community Support Officers who can not even arrested anyone ,in short policing on the cheap. I wounder what these chaps would make of our justice system?

Very disappointed I would think niche.
The CSO.s do a good job but are limited in what they can do - as you say police on the cheap!

We recently had a policeman at our door asking if we heard or saw anything in the early ours of the morning - The week before!!!
Lots of paper work these days I believe for them which must cut down their 'on the beat' time
