Printer Problem
«

I bought a new HP printer yesterday.
Set it up to operate through the WiFi.
I've printed something off yesterday and today but now it's not printing - said it's lost the connection to PC.
Can't get it to work - any idea what's wrong.
As a ps it will scan/copy and print if printing direct from a copy in the scanner

Have you checked you have a Wifi connection with the printer.
Is the printer selected as 'Default' in 'My Printers'
Try ticking the 'Remember This Connection' box
Just trying to give an idea or two OC ;-)

Thanks Fly.
Your first two suggestions are fine, I have checked those but will check out the Remember this connection box - where will it be?

I don't know OC. Usually with a wireless connection, you get a message on screen saying 'Remember Connection'.
If the computer is saying connected to printer but still not working. Kill the connection and rescan for wifi devices.

Have PC to a system restore.
Managed to print 2 documents then ended up with a black screen instead of the picture I have on my desk top - this was replaced by one of the scanned documents!!
Chuffin thing
Look like re installing it tomorrow - fell out with it now for tonight!
