I made a toasting fork in metal work about 1980, was gutted when mum and dad had an enclosed Parkray smokeless fuel fire fitted a year or so later  :(

Real toast, lots of butter. Yum  :)

Made with proper bread rather than that rubbish in a plastic wrapper.

Lots of butter and thickly sliced/cut/sawn/hacked.
