Been working today and been into town on the bus. Lovely friendly drivers both ways.

I didn't realise that another bus company, besides Stagecoach, did Tupton to Chesterfield service?!!  >;  MD

I'll just make a note of that. Note to self "Look out for dodgy doggy looking Tupton customer" I'm sure I'll suss him out.
WARNING I'm on 51's tomorrow afternoon from 3pm (ish) :!
Mind you, they are all dodgy............ >; >;

That's a lovely photo Scimitar and yes I have seen you driving the buses.
A smile and acknowledgment of some kind is I am sure generally appreciated by most people.
Same for the pax though eh?
We always say 'thank you' to the driver when we get off the bus.
It doesn't hurt does it !!

Working again yesterday but used the car spent a few hours in the Queens Park. Quite a lot of people enjoying the sunshine and the cafe and ice cream van were doing a roaring trade.
Scimitar -if you see an old lady driving a red estate car waving at you - that will be me  ;)

A couple of months on from starting the thread - but hasn't it been lovely today folks after all that drizzle.

yesterday we went to Bakewell and I reckon everyone in Derbyshire was there as well - so busy.

Today we have been to a Christening it was so hot sitting outside.
A lovely afternoon though.

Anyone else enjoyed the sunshine?

Yep - we did - and both now have bright red foreheads... :))
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
